   Compiling a list of the world's 50 best hotels is a difficult task. The amount of top quality hotels in the world today is enormous and seems to grow by leaps and bounds every year. Our goal in compiling this list was not just to include those hotels offering the most luxurious settings and finest service, but also to provide a wide variety of experiences, highlighting the many different ways excellent hospitality can be enjoyed. In the making of this list, many outstanding hotels had to be left out due to lack of space. Perhaps your favorite hotel is not here, then again maybe it is!
